POLICIES

At SIMPLE DISH MALAYSIA, we are committed to delivering premium side dishes while ensuring transparent and fair transactions. Please review our policies carefully before placing orders.

Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses. Our delivery guarantee applies exclusively to orders with correctly specified addresses.
We shall not be held liable for packages requiring redelivery due to incorrect addresses, nor can we guarantee product condition or delivery timelines in such cases. All orders will be delivered strictly to the address provided during checkout; address change requests post-order confirmation cannot be accommodated.

Refund & Replacement Policy
As perishable goods, all sales are final.
Quality concerns (e.g. spoilage or abnormalities) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery receipt with photographic evidence. Reports beyond this timeframe will not be processed.
Non-quality related claims require submission within 48 hours post-delivery, subject to case-by-case evaluation. We reserve the right to limit replacements, with all customers limited to one replacement request per transaction. Multiple refunds/replacements cannot be accommodated.

Ordering & Payment Methods
Orders are accepted year-round via Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp. For security purposes, we do not process orders submitted via email.
Accepted payment methods: Duit Now QR, E-Wallets (including Touch 'n Go, GrabPay), and Online Bank Transfers.
Note: Credit/Debit cards are not accepted. All orders require immediate payment confirmation. Unpaid orders will not be processed.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Modification/cancellation requests must be submitted before 12:00 AM Malaysia Time on the order date. Requests beyond this cutoff cannot be guaranteed due to operational commitments.

Delivery Timeline
All orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. During holidays, severe weather, or force majeure events, deliveries may extend to 4-7 business days with prior notification. Delivery is currently limited to specific Malaysian regions - check coverage via our official website or customer service.

Storage & Freshness
Products are shipped refrigerated. Immediate refrigeration upon receipt is mandatory - do not freeze. Temperature fluctuations may compromise quality.
We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage unreported within 24 hours of delivery. Other quality issues require reporting within 48 hours for resolution.
Crafted with premium ingredients and free from artificial preservatives/colors, our products maintain optimal freshness for approximately 4 weeks under proper refrigeration (2-4°C).

Allergen Notice & Disclaimer
Products may contain/may be processed near soy, sesame, nuts, and seafood. Contact us pre-order for allergy concerns.
As artisanal products, slight visual variations may occur without affecting quality or flavor profiles.
