We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage unreported within 24 hours of delivery. Other quality issues require reporting within 48 hours for resolution.
Crafted with premium ingredients and free from artificial preservatives/colors, our products maintain optimal freshness for approximately 4 weeks under proper refrigeration (2-4°C).

As perishable goods, all sales are final.

We shall not be held liable for packages requiring redelivery due to incorrect addresses, nor can we guarantee product condition or delivery timelines in such cases.
